আরএকে সিরামিকসের আইপিও বাজারে আসছে আগামী মাসে

আগামী মাসের মাঝামাঝি বাজারে আসবে আরএকে সিরামিকসের প্রাথমিক গণপ্রস্তাব (আইপিও)। বুকবিল্ডিং পদ্ধতিতে বাজারে আসা প্রথম কোম্পানিটি ইতিমধ্যে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক বিনিয়োগকারীদের কাছে শেয়ার বিক্রির প্রক্রিয়া শেষ করেছে। ১৪৫ টাকা দরে প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর কাছে ৬৯ লাখ শেয়ার বিক্রি করা হচ্ছে। বুধবার সমাপ্ত দরপ্রস্তাব গ্রহণ পর্বে প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো তাদের জন্য সংরক্ষিত শেয়ারের বিপরীতে দুই কোটি ১০ লাখ শেয়ার কেনার জন্য প্রস্তাব করেছে। ওভার সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা অতিরিক্ত প্রস্তাব পড়েছে সাতগুণ।
বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে রাজধানীর একটি হোটেলে অনুষ্ঠিত সংবাদ সম্মেলনে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়েছে। সংবাদ সম্মেলনে প্রধান অতিথি ছিলেন ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জের (ডিএসই) সভাপতি মোঃ রকিবুর রহমান। বিশেষ অতিথি ছিলেন চট্টগ্রাম স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জের (সিএসই) সভাপতি ফখর উদ্দীন আলী আহমেদ। এতে বক্তব্য রাখেন প্রধান ইস্যু ম্যানেজার আইডিএলসি ফাইন্যান্সের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক সেলিম আর এফ হোসেন, সহ-ইস্যু ম্যানেজার ব্র্যাক-ইপিএলের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক সাইফুল ইসলাম, ইস্যু রেজিস্টার প্রাইম ফাইন্যান্স অ্যান্ড ইনভেস্টমেন্টের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক আকতার হোসেন সান্নামাত, আরএকে সিরামিকসের ফিন্যান্স কন্ট্রোলার সঙ্গম লাল। সংবাদ সম্মেলনে জানানো হয়, আরএকে সিরামিকস তিন কোটি ৪৫ লাখ শেয়ার বিক্রি করবে। ইতিমধ্যে এর ২০ শতাংশ শেয়ার বিক্রির জন্য প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে দর প্রস্তাব গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। এতে ১০ টাকা অভিহিত মূল্যের শেয়ারের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫ এবং সর্বনিম্ন ৪০ টাকা দর প্রস্তাব জমা পড়ে। ব্যাংক, বীমা, লিজিং কোম্পানি ও স্টক ডিলারসহ ১৬৮ প্রতিষ্ঠান দর প্রস্তাব করে। ১১ থেকে ১৮ এপ্রিল পর্যন্ত সাধারণ বিনিয়োগকারীদের কাছ থেকে আইপিওর আবেদন ও টাকা জমা নেওয়া এবং মে মাসের শেষ ভাগে লেনদেন শুরুর সম্ভাব্য সময়সূচি ঘোষণা করা হয় সংবাদ সম্মেলনে। ৪৫ টাকা দরে প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর জন্য সংরক্ষিত সব শেয়ার বিক্রি শেষ হওয়ায় এটিই হবে আইপিওতে সাধারণ বিনিয়োগকারীদের জন্য প্রস্তাবিত মূল্য।
সংবাদ সম্মেলনে ডিএসই সভাপতি মোঃ রকিবুর রহমান বলেন, এতদিন অনেক উদ্যোক্তা অভিযোগ করতেন, তারা বাজারে শেয়ারের উপযুক্ত মূল্য পাচ্ছেন না। তাই বাজারে শেয়ার বিক্রি করতে আগ্রহী নন। কিন্তু বুকবিল্ডিং পদ্ধতিতে আরএকে সিরামিকসের সাফল্যে তারা বাজারের প্রতি নতুন করে উৎসাহী হবেন। সিএসই সভাপতি ফখর উদ্দীন আলী আহমেদ বলেন, বুকবিল্ডিং পদ্ধতি সফল বাস্তবায়ন বাজারে ভালো শেয়ারের সরবরাহ বাড়াতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে।
বাংলাদেশ ও আরব আমিরাতের যৌথ উদ্যোগে প্রতিষ্ঠিত আরএকে সিরামিকস (বাংলাদেশ) লিমিটেড দেশের শীর্ষ টাইলস ও স্যানিটারিওয়্যার প্রস্তুতকারক কোম্পানি। এর প্রধান উদ্যোক্তা আরএকে সিরামিকস পিএসসি বিশ্বের অন্যতম বৃহৎ সিরামিকস ও স্যানিটারিওয়্যার প্রস্তুতকারক। আরএকে সিরামিকস (বাংলাদেশ) ১৯৯৮ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। এর বাণিজ্যিক উৎপাদন শুরু হয় ২০০০ সালে। ৯ বছরের মধ্যে এটি দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় টাইলস ও সিরামিকস টেবিলওয়্যার প্রস্তুতকারক কোম্পানিতে উন্নীত হয়। টাইলস ও সিরামিকস টেবিলওয়্যার কোম্পানির প্রধান ব্যবসা হলেও আরও কয়েকটি খাতে এর বিনিয়োগ রয়েছে। আরএকে ফার্মাসিউটিক্যালসের ৫৮ শতাংশ, আরএকে পাওয়ারের ৫৭ শতাংশ, আরএকে সিকিউরিটির ৩৫ শতাংশ, আরএকে পেইন্টের ৪০ শতাংশ, আরএকে ফুডসের ৫১ শতাংশ, ক্ল্যাসিক পোর্সেলিনের ৫১ শতাংশ এবং আরএকে-মোসফ্লিও ২০ শতাংশ শেয়ারের মালিক আরএকে সিরামিকস (বাংলাদেশ)।

 ডিএসই: দুই দিন পর ঘুরে দাঁড়িয়েছে ঢাকা শেয়ারবাজার

দুই দিন শেয়ারবাজারের লেনদেনে মন্থরতা থাকলেও আজ বুধবার আবার ঘুরে দাঁড়িয়েছে শেয়ারবাজার। লেনদেনের প্রথম থেকেই সাধারণ মূল্য সূচকের ঊর্ধ্বগতি লক্ষ করা যাচ্ছে। দুপুর ১২টা ১৫ মিনিটের সময় সাধারণ মূল্য সূচক প্রায় ৬২ পয়েন্ট বেড়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে পাঁচ হাজার ৬৪৯ পয়েন্টে। এ সময় মোট লেনদেন হয়েছে ৩০৬ কোটি টাকার।
বুধবার দুপুর ১২টা ১৫ মিনিট পর্যন্ত লেনদেন হওয়া মোট ২০৯টি প্রতিষ্ঠানের মধ্যে দাম বেড়েছে ১৭৪টি প্রতিষ্ঠানের, কমেছে ৩৪টি প্রতিষ্ঠানের এবং অপরিবর্তিত রয়েছে একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের শেয়ারের দাম।
আজ শেয়ারবাজারে আলোচিত সময়ে লেনদেনের শীর্ষে থাকা ১০টি প্রতিষ্ঠানের শেয়ারের সর্বশেষ বিক্রীত মূল্য —বেক্সিমকো লিমিটেড ৩৮২ টাকা, বেক্সিমকো টেক্সটাইল ৯৯ টাকা, এবি ব্যাংক লিমিটেড ৩৬৪ টাকা চার পয়সা, ডেসকো এক হাজার ৬২৬ টাকা, সাউথ ইস্ট ব্যাংক লিমিটেড ৪৬৩ টাকা, এনসিসি ব্যাংক লিমিটেড ৬২৬ টাকা পাঁচ পয়সা, প্রাইম ফিন্যান্স লিমিটেড দুই হাজার ৪৮৫ টাকা, শাহজালাল ব্যাংক লিমিটেড ৩৮৪ টাকা পাঁচ পয়সা এবং নাভানা সিএনজি ২৫৮ টাকা।
এদিকে মিরাকেল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেডের অন্যতম পৃষ্ঠপোষক ও পরিচালক মির্জা মুস্তাফিজুর রহমান এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটির নয় লাখ ৯৩ হাজার ৪৩৭টি শেয়ার বর্তমান বাজারদরে বিক্রি করে দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছেন।
অন্যদিকে মেঘনা কনডেন্সড মিল্ক লিমিটেড ও ইস্টার্ন লুব্রিকেন্টস লিমিটেডের ডি-ম্যাট প্রসেসিং ৩১ মার্চ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এই দুটি প্রতিষ্ঠান ২৫ মার্চ স্পট মার্কেটে লেনদেন করবে। এ ছাড়া ২৮-৩০ মার্চ ডি-ম্যাটের কারণে লেনদেন বন্ধ থাকবে।
বাজার পরিস্থিতি প্রসঙ্গে ইনভেস্টমেন্ট প্রমোশন সার্ভিসের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক মোস্তাক আহমেদ সাদেক বলেন, যেসব শেয়ারের দাম বেড়েছিল তার বেশির ভাগেরই লাভ বিনিয়োগকারীরা মূল্য সংশোধন এবং শেয়ার থেকে তুলে নিয়েছেন।

একদিন পর আবার শেয়ার লেনদেন উর্ধ্বগতি ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জে। আজ মঙ্গলবার ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জে ৮৫৩ কোটি ২২ লক্ষ ৭৪ হাজার ১ শত ৩২ টাকার ২৪০ টি কোম্পানীর ৩ কোটি ১৭ লক্ষ ১২ হাজার ৫ শত ৮৮ টি শেয়ার ও মিউচ্যুয়াল ফান্ড লেনদেন হয়। যা আগের দিনের চেয়ে ৬৭ কোটি ১০ লক্ষ টাকা বেশি।

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জে সাধারণ মূল্য সূচক আগের দিনের চেয়ে ২০.৬১ পয়েন্ট থেকে বেড়ে ৫৫৮৮.০১ পয়েন্টে দাঁড়িয়েছে।

একই সাথে ডিএসই- ২০ মূল্য সূচক গতকালের চেয়ে ১৫.৩৮ পয়েন্ট বেড়ে ২৯৮২.৪৫ পয়েন্টে দাঁড়ায়। আজ লেনদেনকৃত ২৪০ টি কোম্পানীর মধ্যে দাম বেড়েছে ১১০ টির কমেছে ১২৮ টির কমেছে এবং অপরিবর্তিত রয়েছে ২ টি কোম্পানীর শেয়ার।
